A construction firm Dutum Construction Company Ltd has launched a capacity development initiative to promote knowledge sharing in Nigeria’s construction industry. The capacity initiative called the Dutum Internship Academy Program is designed to produce skilled professionals in a wide range of departments connected to the construction industry. “We intend to work with our partners in the construction industry to provide learning and mentorship opportunities for those who are considering the industry for careers. Runsewe noted that the Dutum Internship Academy Program would help address this unemployment crisis and skills mismatch in Nigeria, especially youths.
